Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or re-shipped orders.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage during transit.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will work with the carrier to assist in resolving the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may have already entered processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
